If you opt in, we will send you one SMS text message on the day of your scheduled tour with directions to our community. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent. By submitting your phone number to us and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, application, or lease. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-Out. You may opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message we send, or by contacting us using the information on our Contact page.

Help. For help, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact us through our Contact page.

Mobile Information Disclosure. We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent to any external organization for any purpose. Your mobile information will only be disclosed where strictly required by law.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information as described below. This does not include your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent, which is handled as described in the “Text Messaging (SMS/MMS) Communications” section above. Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Data Retention

When you give us your personal information on the Site, we will maintain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. Data that has been removed will be in archives for up to 30 days and then removed automatically.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. If you are under the age of sixteen, you must ask your parent or guardian before you email the Site, request that we send any information to you, or purchase any resources at the Site.
