That's why we're proud to participate in the City of SeaTac's Multifamily Tax Exemption (MFTE) program, which allows us to offer a selection of our homes at income-qualified rates.
MFTE residents enjoy the same finishes, the same amenities, and the same address as every other resident at Rainier Landing. The only difference is how you qualify.
How You Qualify
Our MFTE homes are offered at two income levels — 80% and 115% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for the Seattle metro area. If your total household income falls at or below the limit for your household size, you may be eligible.
Maximum household income — 80% AMI homes:
1 person: $88,000
2 people: $100,560
3 people: $113,120
4 people: $125,680
5 people: $135,760
6 people: $145,840
Maximum household income — 115% AMI homes:
1 person: $132,365
2 people: $151,340
3 people: $170,200
4 people: $189,060
5 people: $204,240
6 people: $219,420
Income limits are set by the City of SeaTac and updated each year. The limits above are effective May 16, 2026.
In addition to meeting the income limit, MFTE residents make their apartment their primary residence and complete our standard rental application and screening.
