MFTE Income-Qualified Homes at Rainier Landing

Rainier Landing, managed by Lumacreek, participates in the City of SeaTac’s Multifamily Tax Exemption (MFTE) program, offering income- and rent-restricted apartment homes for qualifying households. 

What is MFTE?

The MFTE program helps keep new apartments more attainable for moderate-income households. MFTE homes have maximum income limits and rent caps based on Area Median Income (AMI), as published and updated by the City of SeaTac. 

Who Qualifies?

To qualify for an MFTE home at Rainier Landing, residents must:

  • Meet the income limits for their household size (see chart below)
  • Use the home as their primary residence
  • Pass our standard rental screening criteria

Availability is limited, and only select floorplans are offered through the MFTE program.
